Important Health Care Action

Many Americans were excited on Monday when Senator Reid announced the health care bill he would send to CBO would include a public option, with an opt-out for the states. There's still a lot of hard work that needs to be done, but we are on our way to a landmark health insurance reform bill.

Senator Reid has launched an online petition to show the grassroots support this bill has. Since its launch on Tuesday, tens of thousands of Americans have signed up in support of this landmark bill (an estimated 1000 people/hour). NOW YOU CAN TOO! Join Nevada Alliance for Retired Americans members (above) in supporting the bill that will close the 'donut hole', lower prescription drug prices and provide a public option!
